iTrack Mobile - A mobile inspection solution

The ability for field officers such as inspectors and auditors to be able to work effectively and efficiently out of the office is a key challenge for many regulatory bodies.

Manual paper based inspection regimes hinder field officers mobility by causing them to rely on numerous hard copy files and folders, thus limiting their efficiency by necessitating frequent trips back to the office to update inspection results and generate notices and approvals for clients.

CMT’s iTrackMobile product is a flexible mobile solution designed to meet these challenges.
iTrackMobile is a light weight, mobile enabling solution which is designed to be run on a PDA, tablet computer or laptop PC.

With an intuitive user interface based on MS Windows Mobile and .Net technologies, iTrackMobile provides an easy to use auditing and inspection tool, which enables field officers to manage their workload, complete their inspections and issue correspondence such as compliance approvals or defect notices on the spot.

iTrackMobile can operate in both connected (wireless) and disconnected (synchronised) mode, depending on your mobile device.  Both operating modes provide a configurable user interface which focuses on the key data to be accessed/captured, and excludes other erroneous information.

The user interface itself is highly configurable, enabling you to decide exactly which data elements from the iTrack server are to be included in the iTrackMobile deployment, thus minimizing the bandwidth and storage capacity required.

As you’d expect, the laptop/tablet version of  iTrackMobile provides users with access to a more comprehensive selection of data than with the PDA version, however both offer the same core functionality and connectivity modes, thus enabling both to be used simultaneously by different field officers.
