iTrack Direct - Online lodgement Solution

iTrackDirect is an extension to the popular iTrack Product Suite, designed to expose aspects of iTrack functionality to external users through publicly accessible websites and portals.

This gives you the flexibility to have iTrack functionality available to all of your clients and third party providers, without the security risks usually associated with exposing an enterprise application such as iTrack on the internet.

iTrackDirect is particularly effective for activities such as online lodgement of licence applications and complaint registers, but can be equally useful for updating clients on the progress of an enquiry or displaying statistical reporting information.

CMT have identified that significant productivity gains can be achieved in an organisation by allowing clients to electronically submit applications. The most significant gains can be achieved by utilising iTrackDirect in conjunction with the iTrackHUB, which automatically performs application specific validations such as compliance checks and police checks on a submission. Certain application types can be moved right through to the decision stage in their workflow without any manual intervention or processing from system users.

The iTrackDirect user experience can take the form of rich web interfaces, or an optional wizard based interface which is particularly effective for online application submissions.  All screens in iTrackDirect are 100% configurable.
