CMT provides high value Project Management services that ensure excellent outcomes for consultancy, systems implementation and integration projects.  On any project relating to software it is crucial rigorous formal project management is applied. 

CMT selects Project Management staff on that basis.  A typical CMT Project Manager will have a broad range of industry experience, line management experience, prior Project Management experience, and formal Project Management qualifications in Prince2 or PMBoK.  Once appointed, CMT Project Managers are then inducted into the CMT way of Project Management, with training provided in CMT’s quality-assured Project Management methodology.

Other organisations may use Project Management as a lever for maximising return on their projects – in alignment with CMT’s value of Integrity, we instead encourage our project managers to elicit and then maintain focus on the broad project objectives and benefits important to our customers.  Projects are then driven forward on that basis, ensuring that the CMT team is focussed on the right things at the right times, and also ensuring that CMT delivers maximum value to our customers as quickly as possible.
