Bernie Fitzsimon, Managing Director

Bernie established Customer Management Technologies in 1998 and remains actively involved in the company as our Managing Director. Bernie has over 25 years experience providing services both to government and private enterprise, and prior to establishing CMT spent 12 years in senior sales and management roles for Security Mailing Services. His vision is for CMT to become the leading provider of innovative regulatory solutions in Australia and across the Asia Pacific region. Bernie is infamous within the CMT community for his unique dance skills, particularly when a new customer comes on board!

John Cooke, General Manager

John joined CMT in 2000 as a project manager, following several years as the IT Manager for the Queensland Department of Corrective Services. After successfully managing projects for the Queensland Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Fair Trading and Brisbane City Council, John was appointed General Manager for CMT in 2007, focussed on ensuring the company continues to evolve and provide exceptional service to our customers. John is an avid cyclist, whose fitness puts many to shame, but whose jokes sometimes leave others groaning.

Mark Clearwater, Manager - Product and Market Development

Mark has been with CMT since 2007, originally as Product Development Manager and the driving force behind the development of our iTrack product suite. In 2008 Mark's role grew to incorporate business development, marketing, product management and consulting services. He has over 14 years experience in the industry, having previously held product management, account management and technical roles at GBST Holdings Ltd. Mark is kept busy with his various roles travelling frequently, and some weeks spends more time in the Qantas club than the office.

Ross Aird, Service Delivery Manager

Ross joined CMT in 2009 as our Service Delivery Manager, overseeing CMT's project, software development and support teams, to ensure we consistently deliver a high quality outcome for our customers. Ross has over 12 years experience in both the public and private sectors, having held senior roles in the engineering, resource and insurance sectors along with local government.   Ross has a keen interest in delivering highly successful projects and ensuring a consistently high level of quality.
